Refund Policy

At Juliette’s Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges—provided they meet our return policy requirements. For further assistance, please contact us at admin@juliettesfragrances.com.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Policy

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for online orders and within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases.

  • All returned items will go through Juliette’s Fragrance Quality Control review before a refund or exchange is issued.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns

  • Only items that are unopened, in their original packaging, and unused are eligible.

  • Returns involving a gift with purchase must include the gift. If the gift is not returned, a deduction of ₦10,000 (or full value of the gift product) will apply.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days. We’ll inspect the issue and determine if the item qualifies for a return or exchange.

Eligibility & Refunds

  • Only products purchased directly from juliettesfragrance.comor any official Juliette’s Fragrance store are eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and purchaser.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

  • Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable.

  • All returned products must include the original box, packaging materials, and invoice.

  • Juliette’s Fragrance is not liable for any lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please report it to our customer support within 14 days. We will assist you with a replacement or refund process.

How to Make a Return

  • Online Orders:

    Contact us via email or phone to initiate your return. Items can be returned to the following Juliette’s Fragrance store locations:

    📍 Galleria Mall, No. 45 Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja FCT

    📍 Jevinik Place, No. 57 Tombia Road, GRA Phase II, Port Harcourt, Rivers State

  • In-Store Orders:

    Items must be returned to the same location they were purchased from.

Once the item is received and approved through our Quality Control process, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
